PROVISION OF CLIENT SERVICE 1.1 Provide the highest quality claims advice, handling and guidance to Howden’s clients, including: • Providing professional advice to clients for facilitating the claims process • Answer claims inquiries and providing high quality service to our clients 1.2 Day-to-day provision of the Hong Kong claims function, including: • Handle all classes of General Insurance claims • Liaise/communicate/negotiate with insurers/representatives and other service providers • Provide claims related information to Account Management Team • Supervise/maintain claims data in claims system • Prepare claims reports and statistics • Ad-hoc projects assigned 1.3 Implement account on-boarding and management of client’s claims portfolio to represent the best possible risk on behalf of clients 1.4 Undertake any other client-related tasks &/or functions as from time-to-time may be necessary. 2.
