Provides broking and administrative services to clients, advice and information to those areas in which you are knowledgeable and competent, otherwise seeking advice as appropriate. Ensures that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed. Process and manages renewal process, negotiate and placing cover on best terms where appropriate. Checks policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to delivery to clients. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Supporting & monitoring and instruction the administration tasks for administration staffs Being the consultant & coaching for team members Recruits the new cases and manages new business from quotation through placement. Support some special projects assigned by Head of Employee Benefitst-effective manner as well as to ensure the smooth and speedy settlement of clients’ claims.
