Working with respective Business leaders and HR director for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly. HR metrics tracking, analysing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement. Support retention discussions, management and facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.
