More specifically, you will: Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and planning services, ensuring safe, accurate and patient-centred care. Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, nursing and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Apply contemporary radiotherapy techniques and technologies in the delivery of treatment. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with established treatment protocols, quality and safety standards. Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement and clinical excellence. We're looking for someone who has: A Bachelor degree in Radiation Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification. Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA. Demonstrated clinical competence in radiation therapy treatment and planning, with knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy techniques. A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centred cancer care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
