Also feel free to contact: Maha Shaikh m.shaikh@ac.health 516-759-9692 (call or text) Details: School-based setting Monday–Friday opportunities Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Multiple locations available throughout Long Island (Hempstead, Hewlett-Woodmere, Valley Stream, Commack, Smithtown, etc.) If you’re a PT or OT looking for a consistent weekday schedule in a school setting, we’d love to hear from you! Qualifications/Education Required: At least 1 year experience Therapist license and registration BLS from American Heart Association Physical and QuantiFERON within one year MMR Titers within 5 years Malpractice Insurance NPI # Worker's Comp certification (for homecare/non-school cases only) Responsibilities: Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand/work for extended periods Additional responsibilities as required Pay per visit: $75 for 30 min $85 for 45 min $100 for 1 hour $150 for groups of 3+ Equal Opportunity Employer: Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
