Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA). Responsibilities Perform technical review of partnership and corporation tax returns. Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements. Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets Provide consultation on business and/or individual tax transactions (if applicable), the related tax implications, consequences, and treatment Develop responses to IRS and other regulatory and tax authorities' audits, notices and inquiries Requirements Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent credential preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience Expert knowledge on Gosystem preferred Experience with Target, carried interest and 704(c) tax allocation. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards Other Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
