What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through implementation.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to define product strategy and user experience.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design complex workflows that balance usability with powerful functionality.
- Contribute to and evolve the company's design system and component library.
- Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve product experiences.
- Advocate for exceptional user experience across the organization.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products for B2B SaaS applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and polished visual design.
- Experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, or workflow-based software.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ability to simplify complex technical problems into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing products for logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other operational software.
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
- Experience working in high-growth startup or SaaS environments.
