Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 7+ years Construction Project Management experience A track record in working on or leading capital works projects preferably on some or all of the below categories. High Density residential projects Commercial Office Shell & Core Commercial Office Fitout. Logistics & Industrial projects. Mixed Use Developments Or Prior experience on €10M+ new build projects (vertical) in other sectors. A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or other construction related discipline.
