Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with French. What is your role going to look like? You can expect order handling of DEXIS devices and spare parts. Pre-handling of orders, verification of prices, discounts and product configurations. Entering sales and purchase orders and creating device configurations in ERP. You will be responsible for confirmation of delivery times for the customer and monitoring of delivery times. Collaboration in the credit block and credit processes with customers and Finance Department. You will also help to maintain customer sales area agreements in ERP system.
