In this role, you will directly manage multi-million-dollar cross-border digital marketing budgets, leading or deeply engaging in the disruptive application of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and automated algorithms within cross-border securities brokerage and wealth management customer acquisition. You will be cultivated into a versatile growth leader equipped with an AI tech vision, financial business acumen, and global execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Paid Media Optimization & Execution
Formulate and execute AI-driven automated media buying strategies across major global digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and APAC local financial vertical media).
Leverage machine learning and algorithmic models to optimize Real-Time Bidding (RTB), dynamic budget allocation, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV/CAC) forecasting to maximize campaign ROI.
GenAI & Creative Automation Workflows
Explore and drive the implementation of Generative AI in mass production and dynamic "1-to-1 personalization" optimization for ad creatives (copywriting, images, short videos, and localized multilingual content), significantly boosting creative production and iteration efficiency.
Establish data-driven AI creative evaluation models to systematically identify high-performing creative patterns via high-frequency A/B testing.
Growth Data Engineering & Attribution Modeling
Build and optimize multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and marketing dashboards to track the complete conversion funnel from exposure, registration, and account opening to first deposit.
Collaborate with quantitative and data teams to utilize AI algorithms to mine high-value prospective user profiles, enabling intelligent Lookalike audience segment selection.
APAC Cross-Market Localization Experiments
Design and run localized AI growth experiments tailored to the regulatory environments, cultural differences, and user preferences of different regional markets (such as Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Oceania) to rapidly validate and scale successful growth models.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Open to all majors, with a preference for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Marketing.
- Core Skills & Qualities: Tech Acumen: Passionate about AI developments (especially LLMs, machine learning, and GenAI applications); possesses basic programming capabilities (e.g., Python, SQL) with hands-on experience in API integration or automation tools preferred.
- Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong data sensitivity; capable of extracting core business insights from complex data sets and driven by data-informed decision-making.
- Business Instinct: Keen interest in Fintech, securities brokerage, wealth management, paired with a deep understanding of overseas user psychology and consumer behavior.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication, project management, and stress tolerance skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin for professional working environments. Proficiency in Cantonese or local Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) is a strong plus for regional market expansion.
