Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $135,000 - $145,000/yr DOE + production bonus
- Production compensation average: $160,000 - $200,000/yr
- Sign-on/ relocation bonus available

Minimum Qualifications
- Required: Passion for Primary Care
- Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
- Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP

General Physical Requirements
