Practice Highlights

- Opportunity to provide a broad range of primary care procedures and women's health services
- Collaborative care environment with APP, behavioral health, clinical, operational, and population-health support
- Very light shared call
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with a 2-year guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 DOE
- 32 patient-facing hours + admin time
- Sign-on bonus/ Retention

Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible for Oregon medical licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of post-training primary care experience required; 5+ years strongly preferred
- Strong foundation in comprehensive adult primary care and chronic disease management
- Experience with routine outpatient procedures
- Women's health experience highly valued
- Interest in preventive medicine, population health, and value-based care
- Comfortable practicing in a growing environment where processes continue to evolve
- Collaborative, flexible, and willing to contribute beyond traditional role boundaries when the team needs support

General Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
