紧跟AI算力与智算中心建设浪潮，负责公司数据中心二次侧冷板式冷却液（PG25丙二醇溶液），浸没式冷却油，辅助硬件及液冷散热解决方案的市场拓展与销售工作。通过深耕云服务商，运营商，液冷系统集成商，及服务器OEM/ODM厂商，完成公司下达的年度销售目标，提升产品在算力基础设施领域的市场占有率。
岗位职责：
- 冷却液销售： 负责中国数据中心液冷市场的老客户维护与新客户开拓。重点挖掘智算中心、互联网大厂，系统集成商，服务器厂商（OEM/ODM）的冷却液需求。
- 液冷辅助硬件及设计方案拓展： 对于液冷辅助硬件（假负载，在线传感器）与二次侧方案设计， 了解市场需求，挖掘客户痛点，并推广嘉实多的产品与方案。
- 销售计划及目标： 制定销售计划，完成公司下达的年度销售目标。 实行季度的销售规划和月度的执行与复盘。负责销售漏斗管理，从线索挖掘、需求引导、方案验证到最终交付回款，实现闭环管理。
- 客情维护：建立并维护客户关键决策人（如基础设施部、采购部、技术部）的良好关系，主导商务谈判、招投标及合同签订全流程。
- 售后协调： 协调内部供应链、交付及售后团队，确保冷却液加注、系统调试及后期运维服务的顺利落地。
- 外部交流： 协同售前技术团队，内部研发团队，向客户清晰阐述PG25冷却液在热传导性能、材料兼容性（如与氟橡胶、密封件的匹配）及防腐蚀方面的核心优势。主导嘉实多冷却液液进入核心客户的白名单。
- 内部协同： 与公司市场部，供应链同事协同，对市场推广计划与供应链形成良性互动。
- 行业专家：在行业协会等场景代表公司进行演讲，成为行业和客户信任的专家
任职要求：
- 统招本科及以上学历, 211院校加分
- 工科学历: 暖通空调、热能工程、化学工程与工艺、水处理等相关专业优先
- 英语要求： 基本， 能够完成英语邮件的读写沟通。 商务英语的听说为加分项
- 7年以上B2B工业品销售经验。 其中至少1-2年数据中心液冷相关散热领域销售经验，包括但不限于CDU冷量分配单元，管路，阀门，泵，分水器，传感器等。
- 客户资源： 拥有头部互联网企业，数据中心运营商，液冷系统集成商，服务器厂资源者优先
- 能够在快速发展的，带有一定不确定性的，复杂的，模糊的商业环境中，抓住主要的事项，交付销售业绩
- 良好的人际交往能力
- 能接受50%的出差
