Project Manager (Exhibitions).

SALES & MARKETING

Experience Without Limits
Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.

Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.

We bring brands to life through unforgettable live, virtual, and hybrid experiences, delivering creative, high-impact events that connect audiences and drive results.

We’re looking for a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager (Exhibitions) to support the delivery of complex event programmes. You’ll work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of day-to-day project execution.

The Role

As a Project Manager (Exhibitions), you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of events—from conferences and product launches to internal meetings and advisory boards. You’ll manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery from concept through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative, agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Support Account Leads and Senior Project Managers in building strong client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and status updates
  • Manage day-to-day client communications across assigned projects
  • Help ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Project Delivery & Operations

  • Manage the execution of event projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workback schedules
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on track
  • Identify risks and proactively support solutions to maintain delivery schedules
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g. Wrike or similar platforms) to manage workflow

Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support sourcing, briefing, and management of third-party suppliers
  • Assist with contract coordination and ensure suppliers meet project requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery

On-site Event Support

  • Support the delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events, including:
    • Team and client briefings
    • Coordination of suppliers and schedules
    • Troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Assist with post-event debriefs and reporting

Financial & Budget Support

  • Track project budgets and support financial management across workstreams
  • Assist with estimates, budget updates, and cost tracking
  • Support invoice reconciliation and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Support junior team members where required
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in project management, events, or experiential marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Wrike) and event platforms such as Cvent is advantageous
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
