PART TIME

Are you passionate about helping adult live well and safely in their own homes? As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll manage your own group of clients, making sure they receive the best possible care and support.

Your clients will be based within a set local area, keeping travel between visits manageable.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for overseeing every aspect of your clients’ care, ensuring it’s safe, effective, compliant and tailored to their individual needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Look after your own portfolio of clients, building friendly and professional relationships with them and their families.
  • Keep an eye on the quality of care to make sure it’s always centred on each person’s unique needs.
  • Update care plans whenever clients’ needs change.
  • Support clients after hospital stays, especially if their care needs are different.
  • Offer advice, guidance and reassurance to clients and their families.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records.

A Little Bit About You

We’re looking for someone caring, organised, dynamic and confident, with a genuine interest in care and a real passion for supporting adults.

What You’ll Need

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client visits.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Some experience or knowledge of care management or health and social care.
  • Willingness to write and update care plans (don’t worry if you haven’t done this before – we’ll support you!).
  • A basic understanding of CQC regulations or a readiness to learn.
  • Comfort using care management systems, or a willingness to develop these skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude.

If you have a passion for care and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.

We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want our team to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
