This partnership allows for rehabilitation providers to take advantage of the extensive research, continuing education opportunities, and care excellence provided by the #1 Rehabilitation Hospital for the past 34 consecutive years.
Role Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and diagnosing movement dysfunction, implementing interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Your expertise will directly support patients in their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and prevent disability. This role is essential in delivering personalized care that aligns with our commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation.

What You Will Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunction.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to prevent disability and enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience OR Master's/Doctorate degree from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy (CAPTE) accredited program.
- Current State of Michigan licensure.
- Current CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
