Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute event strategies.
- Manage exhibition stand logistics, including stand design, build, graphics production, onsite operations, and dismantling.
- Coordinate branding, promotional materials, merchandise, delegate packs, and event collateral.
- Support event marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage registrations, exhibitor portals, and event deadlines.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, visas, transportation, and domestic and international event shipments.
- Support onsite event delivery and provide post-event reporting.
- Monitor event assets, stock levels, and inventory.
- May be required to travel and provide onsite support at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events as business needs dictate.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, or corporate events.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, logistics, travel, and event administration.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 6 month fixed term contract
