What You'll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and networking
Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and present personalized insurance solutions
Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products
Prepare quotes, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM system
Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals
Develop lasting customer relationships that support referrals and continued growth

We're Looking For Someone Who...
Is motivated by achieving goals and increasing their earning potential
Enjoys sales, connecting with people, and building professional relationships
Is comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale
Brings previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required)
Is confident, self-motivated, coachable, and willing to take initiative
Can stay organized, manage multiple prospects, and consistently follow through
Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License
Is bilingual (a plus, but not required)
