This is a sales-driven position with hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to grow within the insurance industry. What You'll Be Doing
Generate new business through outbound calls, agency leads, referrals, and networking
Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify insurance opportunities
Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products
Follow up with leads, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale
Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage to existing customers
Maintain an organized pipeline and track sales activity
Build relationships that encourage customer retention and referrals
Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to agency production
Develop your insurance knowledge through training and coaching
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, automotive, or a similar field preferred
Comfortable initiating conversations and making outbound calls
Motivated by measurable goals and commission-based earnings
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Persistent, dependable, and able to handle rejection professionally
Organized with consistent follow-through
Open to feedback and willing to develop new sales skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain
