What You'll Be Responsible For
Develop new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking
Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs
Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Prepare quotes, address objections, and confidently close sales
Maintain consistent prospect follow-up and manage an active sales pipeline
Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer relationships
Track sales activity and work toward individual production targets
Build a referral network and contribute to continued agency growth
Participate in sales coaching, product training, and ongoing development
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet goals
Confidence initiating conversations and making outbound calls
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Resilience when handling rejection and overcoming objections
Organized with consistent follow-through and pipeline management
Willingness to accept coaching and continuously improve
Insurance experience and licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain required licenses
Interest in long-term career growth and increased responsibility
