JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to utilize effective problem solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and basic computer skills.
- Relates in a positive, professional manner to participants and staff.
- Must be punctual and meet deadlines.
- Good standard of literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication skills.
- Associates degree is preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferred.
