- Responsible for continuous quality improvement through the ongoing analysis of information, obtained from a variety of sources, including performance, financial, and demographic data
- Monitor database used to track placements and develop procedure manuals for tracking placements
- Produce monthly reports analyzing placements from the various sites as compared to contract requirements and retention milestones reported for each site
- Produce quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log
- Provide guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors. Provide weekly reports on performance to leadership team as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree required and at least 3 years experience analyzing data and producing reports or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
