- Receive, record, stock, and route incoming materials using SAP.
- Prepare and pack customer orders, returns, sales shipments, and trade show materials.
- Manage incoming calls and greet and direct visitors.
- Coordinate office events and provide general administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- General understanding of warehouse procedures and office administration
- Customer-focused approach with a sense of urgency in resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills
