Hardware Developer (f/m/d).

FULL TIMEENGINEERING

As a Hardware Developer (m/f/d), you will help shape and implement electronic circuits and components as the “lifeblood” of our optical measuring instruments. You will work closely with colleagues from a range of disciplines to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges. If you are passionate about electronics and technical innovation, the role of Hardware Developer is just right for you.

This position is initially limited to 12 months.

  • Concept: You develop electronics concepts and overview plans for our future optical measuring devices.
  • Design: You design analog and digital circuits, from sensor control and signal processing to the embedded PC.
  • State of the art: You ensure that the electronics in our products are up to date from both a technical and regulatory perspective.
  • Teamwork: You are part of an interdisciplinary project team and work closely with the firmware and mechanical design teams for system integration.
  • Verification: You perform verification measurements on electronic circuits and assemblies using modern measuring equipment.
  • Series production preparation: You support all required activities during the transition to series production, such as EMC testing and CE-relevant measurements.
  • Component management: You support the supply chain and production teams with component obsolescence management.

  • Well-qualified: You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or have an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of solid experience in the development, verification, and implementation of electronic circuits. Are you familiar with measurement technology and signal processing? Great! Then you have the expertise to develop our forward-looking hardware.
  • Working style: You have high quality standards for your work, think analytically, and have a strong technical understanding. You approach tasks pragmatically and with a focus on solutions.
  • Teamwork: You work across disciplines with various colleagues. You enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly and courteously.
  • Communication: To contribute to finding solutions and collaborate across teams, you have good spoken and written German skills.
  • Willingness to travel: For interdisciplinary professional exchange, you are willing to occasionally visit our parent site in Austria.

  • Self-responsibility: You have the opportunity to take on challenging tasks in an expanding, internationally operating high-tech company, where you can leave your individual mark.
  • Excellent starting conditions: You will experience intensive and individualized onboarding, open communication, respectful interaction, and a culture of familiarity that warmly welcomes you.
  • Top equipment: You will enjoy a modern and friendly working atmosphere, your office is well-equipped, and we provide you with an excellent software infrastructure.
  • Attractive location: Free parking is available to you, and our premises are equipped with electric charging stations.
  • Environmental benefits: You have the option to use a free job ticket.
  • Good conditions: An employment contract with a gross annual salary consisting of 12 monthly salaries and company pension benefits.
  • Flat hierarchies: Self-responsible work, participation, transparent communication, open discussions, and trust in understanding others.
  • Work-life balance: Family, leisure, and career can be ideally combined with flexible working time models and home office days. 30 vacation days are a given for us.

We look forward to your application, including your desired annual salary and your earliest possible availability.
