- Full strategic and operational responsibility for the Central Region P&L
- Development and execution of regional growth strategies
- Leadership and coaching of three Sales Directors and one Service Manager
- Expansion of market presence and customer engagement across 16 product lines
- Budgeting, forecasting, and regional resource planning
- Recruiting and developing top commercial and service talent
- Driving strategic initiatives and supporting the development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field
- At least 5 years of management experience in sales or service
- Experience in scientific instrumentation or related industries preferred
- Strong commercial judgement, leadership presence, and strategic mindset
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the Midwest States
- Valid driver’s license and passport
