- Culture Champion & Experience Architect: Serve as a key ambassador of Annex’s culture, ensuring every candidate/employee interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and our commitment to an elite experience.
- Internal Relationship Management: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, define role expectations, and establish competency-based selection criteria that align with Annex’s values and long-term talent strategy.
- Creative Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, professional networks, industry events, employee referrals, and niche talent communities.
- Compelling Job Postings & Interview Design: Translate role requirements into clear, engaging job postings and structured interview guides that reflect Annex’s culture and career pathing.
- Candidate Assessment & Relationship Building: Conduct thoughtful video and in person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment while fostering trust and rapport with candidates.
- Candidate Presentation & Stakeholder Influence: Prepare polished candidate summaries and guide hiring managers through evaluation, feedback, and decision making to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency across the hiring process.
- Career Fair & Community Engagement: Represent Annex at university and community career fairs, building meaningful relationships with students, faculty, and campus partners to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Internship Program Support: Assist with intern recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and program coordination, contributing to the development of future talent and reinforcing Annex’s reputation as a premier employer.
- Onboarding & New Hire Integration: Deliver a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience that equips new hires with the resources, information, and support needed to thrive in their first 90 days.
- Operational Excellence Manage multiple searches simultaneously, maintain accurate candidate tracking, and uphold high standards of confidentiality, organization, and communication.
- General HR & Culture Support: Provide assistance with internal HR initiatives and culture building activities, including company events such as the annual picnic, holiday celebrations, and other employee engagement efforts that strengthen Annex’s community and values.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience within the financial services industry, with a proven ability to creatively identify, attract, and hire high caliber, client‑facing talent.
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources (or equivalent experience).
- Expert user in LinkedIn & Greenhouse (Paylocity preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and create an elite candidate experience.
- Forward thinking, solution‑oriented approach, demonstrating creativity, optimism, and strong problem solving skills in fast‑moving hiring environments.
- Strong project management abilities, with demonstrated success managing multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of discretion, maintaining confidential information, and exercising sound judgment in sensitive situations.
