Scarsdale Pediatric Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Team Member to join our busy pediatric dental and orthodontic practice.
We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, enjoys working with children and families, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect payments
- Assist with patient forms and records
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
- Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments
- Basic computer skills
- Dental or medical front desk experience preferred, but not required
- Dentrix experience is a plus
- Must be available to work 16–24 hours per week
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed
