We are currently looking for a Media Buying Team Lead (Meta Ads) to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

Your focus will include:
- Develop and execute the Meta Ads acquisition strategy for mobile apps and web landing pages.
- Own Meta Ads budget planning and forecasting, including quarter / monthly spend, revenue and profitability targets.
- Own traffic volume, profitability and overall performance of the Meta Ads channel.
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns.
- Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and data flow between Meta, apps, web landing pages and affiliate platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable hypotheses and tests.
- Develop and optimize acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and unit economics.
- Build and operationalize a scalable creative marketing process, establishing a consistent flow of creative production, testing, analysis, iteration and scaling of winning concepts in collaboration with the Design team.
- Build and develop the Meta Ads team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring and performance management.
- Establish efficient processes, workflows and performance standards for the media buying function.
- Collaborate with ASO, Developers, Design and Affiliate teams to drive overall acquisition performance.
- Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform changes, policies and industry trends, and adapt the acquisition strategy accordingly.
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
- 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, including 1+ year in a senior/leadership role.
- Experience building and managing a media buying team from scratch, including processes, performance standards and team development.
- Experience with budget allocation across GEOs, products, campaigns and acquisition funnels based on performance and business priorities.
- Experience with acquisition across iOS and Android apps and web landing pages.
- Proven track record of scaling ad budgets while maintaining target profitability.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads campaign setup, optimization, testing and scaling.
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and managing Meta Business infrastructure, including Meta Pixel, CAPI, events, postbacks, third-party integrations, multiple ad accounts, pixels/datasets, domains and account health.
- Experience with full-funnel performance analysis across ads, landing pages, apps and partner conversions.
- Proficiency in creative strategy and performance-driven creative testing, including creative testing frameworks, hypothesis development, angles, hooks, UGC, static and video formats, creative fatigue, winner iteration, testing velocity and creative analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership and commercial mindset.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with challenging verticals - FinTech, affiliate or lead generation.
- Experience with other paid acquisition channels - Google Ads, TikTok Ads, native advertising.
