Job Description: Gestão de Fluxo: Gerenciar o ciclo completo dos pedidos de clientes, incluindo planejamento de demanda, acompanhamento de pedidos e resolução de exceções operacionais (atrasos, rupturas). Controle de Estoque: Definir estoques de segurança, controlar Work In Process e Finished Good realizar follow-up de entregas com fornecedores internos e externos, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos. Fluxo de transporte externo: Acompanhar fluxo de transportes externos(Outbound). Análise de Dados e Indicadores (KPIs): Analisar causas-raiz de problemas, monitorar indicadores como OTD, níveis de estoques, fretes especiais, lead time e nível de serviço. Propor melhorias com base em dados. Interface Interdepartamental: Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas internas (Comercial, Compras, PCP, Produção, Qualidade) e externas (fornecedores, clientes), garantindo a fluidez da informação. Melhoria Contínua: Desenvolver projetos para otimização da cadeia logística, visando redução de custos e tempo. Required Skills and Education Formação: Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas. Experiência: Vivência prévia em Supply Chain, logística ou Planejamento (PCP), empresas do ramo automotivo, conhecimento em COMEX. Sistemas: Conhecimento avançado de Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, gráfico) e vivência com sistemas ERP, Power BI.
