Job Posting Title Machining Operator Legal Entity GKN Sinter Istanbul Metal Sanayi Ve Ticaret Ananim Sirketi (Turkey) Job Description Summary We are looking for a team member to work as an Machining Operator in the Machining department. Job Description: CNC veya konvansiyonel tezgahlarda talaş kaldırma işlemlerini yapar (torna, taşlama, silindirik taşlama, çapak alma vb.) İş emirlerine ve teknik resimlere uygun şekilde parça üretir. Tezgahın ayar, bileme ve kesici takım değişimlerini yapar. Üretim sürecinde parça ölçümlerini yapar ve sonuçları kayıt altına alır. Ustadan veya mühendislikten gelen talimatlara göre operasyonları yürütür. Üretilen parçaları teknik resim toleranslarına göre istenilen ölçüm cihazlarıyla kontrol eder( mikrometre, komparatör, diates, kumpas vb.) Hatalı veya uygunsuz parçaları tespit edip, ilgili amire bildirir. Kalite gerekliliklerine ve prosedürlerine uygun üretim yapar. Tezgahın günlük bakımını (Yağ seviyesi, hava basıncı, temizlik vb.) düzenli yapar. Kesici takımların uygun şekilde kullanılmasını ve muhafazasını sağlar. Tezgahının arızalanması durumunda ustaya veya bakım ekibine bilgi verir. Tehlikeli durum veya risk tespit ettiğinde ustasına veya sorumluya bildirir. Çalışma alanını düzenli, temiz ve güvenli tutar. (5s kurallarına uygun) Günlük üretim adetlerini, duruş sürelerini ve kalite sonuçlarını kayıt altına alır. Required Skills and Education Meslek lisesi ve üzeri okullardan mezun olan, BEnzer pozisyonda min 2 yıl deneyimli, Teknik resim okumasını bilen, CNC tezgahlarda parça sıfırlama ve programlama yapabilen, Vardiyalı düzende çalışabilecek, İstanbul Avrupa Yakası' nda ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan, Erkek adaylar için askerlik ile ilişiği olmayan.
