We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next — together.

 Responsibilities
Segment Marketing

  • Define and maintain ICP frameworks and segment prioritization across nCino’s priority North America industry segments, in partnership with Product and Sales.

  • Develop segment-level go-to-market plans and campaign strategy to drive pipeline and market share within each priority segment.

Partner Marketing

  • Own partner co-marketing strategy: joint value propositions, co-branded campaigns, and partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the technology and solution-provider ecosystem.
  • Establish and report on segment and partner marketing performance metrics tied to pipeline, influence, and reach.
  • Develop, implement and maintain partner GTM alignment framework

Shared / Cross-Functional

  • Attract, grow, and retain talent; manage personnel, professional development, and hiring for the Segment and Partner Marketing team.

  • Act as the main point of contact and prioritization owner for segment and partner marketing requests from stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensure all segment and partner marketing materials reflect the nCino brand.
  • Maintain working fluency in the nCino Platform to guide messaging and enable partners (deep solution-by-solution demo ownership sits with Product Marketing).
  • Lead the team in developing collateral including segment materials and partner playbooks.
  • Continually research the banking, credit union, and priority-segment landscape to stay current on trends, news, and analysis.
  • Perform competitive analysis relevant to segment and partner positioning, staying current on the ever-changing competitor landscape.
