The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.
- Perform change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness.
- Create and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to facilitate successful change adoption.
- Design and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and learning materials.
- Conduct workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments.Measure and report adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes.Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment activities post-implementation.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow delivery, consulting, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules.
- Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
