Role + Responsibilities
- Be a go-to resource for our customers and outside sales team — answering questions on pricing, availability, and delivery
- Build accurate quotes and process orders
- Review incoming orders to make sure the right product goes out the door
- Help qualify and follow up on sales leads
- Learn our products and systems and get a little sharper every week through our structured onboarding and coaching program
Qualification + Profile
- You're reliable, detail-oriented, and you genuinely like helping people
- You communicate clearly — on the phone, over email, and with teammates
- You take initiative and solve problems instead of waiting to be told
- You're excited to learn technical products (we don't expect you to know them yet)
- High school diploma or equivalent required — college education preferred
