In this varied role, you'll provide essential coordination, administration and systems support that helps drive Ravensdown's Health, Safety & Wellbeing programme, ensuring our people, processes and systems are well supported and running effectively.

You'll coordinate training, reporting, audits, wellbeing initiatives and HSW systems, while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, systems and processes and wants to make a meaningful contribution to creating safe, healthy and thriving workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HSW systems, records and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and compliant.
  • Produce routine reports and dashboards to support HSW performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Support injury management, occupational health programmes and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Coordinate HSW meetings, manage action tracking and provide administrative support to the ESG & Safety team.
  • Assist with audits, assurance activities and compliance requirements, including ACC Accredited Employer Programme audits.
  • Monitor incident reporting and support investigation and corrective action processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and administrative efficiency across the HSW function.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HSW coordination and provide high-quality support to stakeholders across Ravensdown.

About you

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring proven administration experience, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while building positive relationships across the business.

You'll be confident working with systems and data, have a customer-focused approach, and be trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience in Health, Safety & Wellbeing is advantageous, but most importantly, you'll have a proactive mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and a genuine commitment to helping create safe and healthy workplaces.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
