This is a hands-on role for a technically strong engineer who can manage preventive maintenance, building systems, vendors, budgets, capital planning, life-safety systems, and emergency response while delivering a high level of service to residents.

This position does not have direct reports. Success comes from technical expertise, sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to independently coordinate the resources needed to maintain a first-class residential property.
