Strict Role Requirements: This position requires 3 to 5 years of orthodontic customer service experience and fluency bilingual in English and Spanish. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated orthodontic customer service experience is required.
- Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City, as needed.
- Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a vibrant, welcoming personality.

- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to prioritize the health of our team and patients.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- First Impressions: Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients and families with legendary customer service.
- Schedule & Coordination: Efficiently manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and patient check-ins/check-outs across our high-energy front office.
- Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting front desk operations at our designated local clinics.
- Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.
