Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)- Full Time
LivingYoung | Odessa, FL

About the role

LivingYoung, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP), is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to help create a welcoming, high-touch experience for every patient. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, personable, service-minded, and excited to grow in the aesthetics and wellness industry.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll support the full patient journey — from first inquiry and scheduling through checkout, follow-up, rebooking, memberships, and retail recommendations. You’ll work closely with providers and the clinic team to keep daily operations running smoothly while helping patients feel informed, cared for, and confident.

Compensation

Pay range: $19 – $20 per hour

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and guide patients through their experience, from initial contact to follow-up.
  • Respond to leads, answer questions, and provide timely, professional communication.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and support smooth patient flow.
  • Manage check-in, check-out, payment collection, rebooking, and future scheduling.
  • Educate patients on services, treatments, memberships, promotions, financing options, and retail products.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, CRM updates, and pipeline information.
  • Support patient retention, appointment conversions, memberships, and retail goals.
  • Collaborate with providers and teammates to support daily practice operations.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements, company policies, and professional standards.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.

What we’re looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in aesthetics, medical spas, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • A warm, patient-focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and learning about treatments and products.
  • Comfort discussing services, memberships, promotions, financing, and retail products.
  • Professionalism, dependability, punctuality, and accountability.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Comfort using computers and learning scheduling, patient management, and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Work environment

This is a patient-facing role in a medical spa and clinical setting. The position includes administrative and front-office work, frequent communication with patients and team members, use of phones and computers, and periods of standing, walking, sitting, and moving throughout the clinic. Occasional travel for meetings, training, or professional development may be required.

Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
