- You independently manage large scale and high complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life
- You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
- You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
- You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward
- You take accountability for performance, lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department
Your skills

- You have at least 5 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing
- You are data-driven and confident with budget responsibility- CPM, ROI and KPIs are second nature to you, and numbers are something you genuinely enjoy working with
- You have a strong understanding of AI, its opportunities and its challenges, and actively think about how it's shaping the industry and your strategic decisions
- You love both project management and emotional storytelling
- You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality
- You approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
- You are fluent in German and English
