Job Title: Smart PV & BESS Solution Manager
Job Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations on PV/BESS sales strategies and product roadmaps in Denmark and the wider Nordic region (Sweden, Norway and Finland).
Support PV/BESS product planning by analysing technical requirements, product functions and licensing requirements for the Danish and wider Nordic markets.
Analyse development trends in the solar inverter and energy storage markets across Denmark and the wider Nordic region.
Monitor and analyse competitors' strategies and operations in Denmark and the wider Nordic region.
Conduct technical solution validation with customers and optimise solutions to maintain technological competitiveness.
Provide technical sales support for Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV and Energy Storage Solutions.
Support project bidding activities, including the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and quotation documents.
Lead the development of competitive LCOE analyses for complex project scenarios.
Develop in-depth expertise in Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions and promote Huawei solutions for large-scale PV plants by resolving technical barriers and clarifying technical misunderstandings.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Developers to communicate the technical and commercial value of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions to customers' technical decision-makers.
Support the local ecosystem, including distributors and channel partners.
Act as a solution expert and support key customer workshops.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in the solar PV industry.
More than 2 years of experience in solution or technical sales, with direct responsibility for customer relationships and projects.
Extensive experience in managing complex organisations and projects, combined with solid knowledge of relevant systems and products.
Understanding of communication and IT solutions applied in solar systems.
Hands-on experience with solar system installations is preferred.
A technical background is required, preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with a bachelor's degree or higher.
Deep technical knowledge of solar inverters, PV and BESS systems.
Familiarity with DC and AC power systems. A high-voltage operating licence is required where mandated by local authorities.
Awareness of on-site safety risks and responsibility for team members' safety during site work.
Ability to deliver both technical presentations (demonstrating the strengths and technical advantages of Huawei Smart PV Solutions) and business-focused presentations (explaining LCOE reductions and the ROI benefits of our solutions).
