We're a fast-growing B2B outbound agency running email campaigns for a portfolio of active clients. When a lead replies with interest, you're the one who turns that reply into a booked meeting — by phone first, by email when a call isn't possible.
What You'll Do
Work a pre-qualified inbox — 95%+ of what lands here is a real, warm lead
Call qualified leads within 10 minutes of their reply landing — no cold calling, ever
Keep it simple and human on the call: no pitching, no scripts read word-for-word
Send a brief, natural email reply when a call isn't the right first move
Book the meeting and hand off a clean lead summary the moment it's confirmed
Use AI-suggested replies as a starting point, then make the call on tone and category yourself
