We are looking for User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.
We expect from you:
- Facebook expert, at least 3 year experience. Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required. Meta Blueprint certificate is additional advantage;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
- English is B2, Russian C1+ ;
- Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and can persuade others of your point of view;
- Creativity: you come up with fresh ideas and find solutions to challenging cases;
- Analytical thinking: you quickly process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions.
