Responsibilities
- Translate Korean documents into English and Malay accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy and quality of translated content
- Communicate with clients to understand their translation needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure translations meet project deadlines
- Conduct research to ensure accurate translation of industry-specific terms and jargon
- Proofread and edit translated documents for grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all translation work
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean, English, and Malay with a strong command of both written and spoken languages
- Proficient in using translation software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the IT industry and terminology is preferred
- Prior experience as a translator or in a related field is a plus
