Job description
As a Project Buyer, you represent the procurement function within (customer) projects. You play a key role in supplier selection and ensure that all procurement processes seamlessly align with project objectives. You work closely with project managers, group-level commodity buyers, and Supplier Quality Engineers, reporting to the Team Lead Supply Chain Services.
You responsibilities also include:
Selecting and approving suppliers based on customer requirements and relevant commodity strategies;
Negotiating project packages (across QLTC) and monitoring the CPR roadmap;
Developing and executing procurement strategies in collaboration with Commodity Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers;
Ensuring the timely availability of materials by placing and following up on project orders;
Optimizing procurement costs in line with the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) mindset.
Job Requirements
Higher Professional Education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role;
Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous process improvement;
Experience with ERP systems (ERP LN / Infor) and an affinity for IT tools;
Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Salary from €4,863 to €6,968 per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
