As you can imagine – we produce a lot of content and are looking for a junior to mid weight creative to join our social media and content marketing team. You’ll have the chance to work on all types of creative, depending on business needs. You’ll be able to learn in a fast-paced environment – assisting our content team while working in our very own studio. This is a great opportuor a self-starter who is well versed in creating for mobile – on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok – and with all things content. Stakester is based in Central London, venture backed, and aims to change the gaming industry by allowing passionate competitors to test their skills against each other. We’ve built a skills-based gaming platform which connects players who want to test their skills, by playing their favourite games for money and prizes
Responsibilities
Articulating and presenting their creative ideas to Creative Directors and/or senior creatives
Assisting with the conceptual development of marketing campaigns
Assisting in the conceptual development of original Stakester YouTube content
Working with team members across the marketing department to create a variety of content across social platforms
Maintaining awareness of creative work done by competitors, and market/tech developments and cultural trends in relation to the accounts being worked on to ensure campaigns are unique.
Writing text/stories, creating designs and layouts all of which combined bring an idea to life in different mediums, understanding the basics of different mediums
Managing the pressure of tight deadlines and busy schedules, working on multiple projects simultaneously as required
Desirable attributes
Experience in shooting and editing - capturing and creating great looking content whatever the situation
An all rounder, concept and video focused
Experience at working with conceptual briefs
Able to work under tight deadlines and under time and budget constraints
Self starter, well versed in creating stuff for mobile, insta/ tiktok
Interest in gaming
Able to consider feedback objectively, bounce back from criticism of their ideas, and continue working on the brief with enthusiasm to find new solutions.
Good at coming up with ideas to solve problems
Creatively curious, for example in questions around the brief, new mediums, assessing the competition and bold in their thinking and ideation.
