Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred
- Exceptional spoken English is non-negotiable. This role is 100% phone-based selling to US business owners and decision makers. Your voice, clarity, and confidence on a cold call is your product — if a prospect would hesitate for even a moment based on how you sound, this isn't the right fit. Candidates with a neutral, natural-sounding English accent are strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working US EST/PST business hours
- Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder
- Experience selling to or supporting US-based clients is a strong advantage
- Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
- Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income
