Remote Recruitment is hiring a Back Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. In this role, you will own the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps a UK business running smoothly. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities
- Process orders, forms and customer records accurately
- Keep databases and spreadsheets up to date
- Manage shared inboxes and route queries
- Prepare simple reports for the team
- Follow up on outstanding tasks until closed
What you'll need
- Experience in an admin or back-office role, with examples of accurate data handling
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong typing and attention to detail
- A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace
- Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
Nice to have
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with Asana or Trello
- Experience writing short process notes
