- Presentation skills - able to explain through diagrams/illustrations; can communicate verbally effectively (explaining complex ideas/terminologies in simpler terms; uses analogy)
- Inquisitive - seeks to understand and validate things by asking the right questions; doesn't settle for just verbal confirmation or explanation but instead challenges reasoning and validates through data presented; digs deeper to get to the root cause of the issue
