What Would You Do?
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve different issues
- Provide information about products and services or assist with technical enquiries, depending on the project
- Create a helpful and positive customer experience
- Work alongside colleagues in an international team
You will receive training tailored to your assigned position, giving you the knowledge you need to get started.

- Fluent Norwegian, both spoken and written
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligible to work in Greece
- Comfortable working with computers and digital platforms
- Good interpersonal skills and an interest in helping customers
- Prepared to relocate to Greece
