Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
- Handle inquiries related to gaming accounts, bonuses, and technical issues effectively.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings and gaming industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to new cultural experiences.
