Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking players through live chat, email, and phone support.
- Help customers with questions regarding their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical difficulties.
- Troubleshoot issues swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log customer interactions and provide feedback to improve services.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance the overall gaming experience for our players.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge and industry developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming sector or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience with customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new lifestyle.
